First off, I am a huge fan of LEDEquipped products. I've always had a really good experience in dealing with the seller when I've had an issue, and the products themselves are top quality compared to the big name brands. Before finding LEDEquipped, I was always a big believer in buying the brand names, and this visor in particular easily beats out the last one I had from another big name manufacturer that cost three times as much.One of the first things I noticed when I received my visor was how many options came with it for mounting in my vehicle. There were a number of different parts that allowed me to customize the installation to my vehicle so that I got a really good, tight fit, and I was able to mount the visor high on the windshield so it was less obtrusive in restricting visibility. With my last visor, I frequently had to look around it to see stop lights because it sat lower and blocked some of my visibility.I ordered a red/white version of this light bar and found when it arrived that it came with one side that was all red light modules and one side that was all white modules. Personally, I was not a huge fan of that layout and wanted a mix of white/red in both sides. I was able to easily reconfigure the light heads by mixing between the two so that I had an equal number of red and white lights in each side, which was a huge bonus for me. I wasn't stuck with the same configuration that came preinstalled, and I could customize it to how I wanted it laid out quite easily.Overall, a very solid product thus far and I highly recommend LEDEquipped products based on my prior experience. Like was noted earlier, the quality and customer service is exceptional in their products, and the cost can't be beat in my opinion.These lights are bright built solid, and came in one piece. Now with that said comes the huge problem. These brackets are not universal. By that I mean they came no where close to fitting my 2011 dodge charger. The spacing was way off and the shape did not fit the visor of my charger. Besides the brackets these lights are amazing, but they aren't very useful if they are sitting at your feet and not on your window.While the light quality itself is really fantastic, the build quality of the housing pretty poor. My real problem is with the universal mounting brackets. They are less than universal, and if they do happen to fit a particular vehicle, the installation will look horrendous. Unless you are a metal fabricator and able to fabricate custom brackets for your vehicle (which I now must do, and alas I'm not a metal fabricator), I would stay away from this product and others like it for now until the company addresses the issue.I will however say that I have plenty of their other products, and I am very very pleased with the build quality, and light quality of their other products. This one just doesn't come remotely close in quality to LED Equipped's other products.This unit is everything that is said about it. It's extremely bright! very straightforward and simple installation. It did not come with any instructions, I suppose for some that could be an issue, for me it was not. Plenty of flash patterns, directional controls. I cannot say enough good about this unit. I ordered this one for my pov, and only a week before had ordered 2 others from another company t I at "looked" similar but none are as bright as this one. ★★★★★ very highly recommended.Would have been better if they would have mixed red and white lights on both sides not just red on one and white on oneVery bright and definitely gets other drivers attention. The so called "universal" mounts didn't fit my truck visors at all so I had to remove them and screw the lights into the ceiling. Overall I am pleased with the lights.There’s no directions on installing it in my truck at all I do not think it will fit the brackets r to smallMounting bracket is not universal at all. Was unable to mount. There’s no other way to mount this.
